Dr. Liu Dongtai

Dr. Dongtai Liu, a medical doctor, hails from a prestigious traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) family. With decades of dedicated research and practice in the field of TCM, he has achieved remarkable success. As the inheritor of the Five-Finger Pulse Diagnosis, Jade Nose-Umbilical Therapy, and other unique TCM techniques, Dr. Liu has demonstrated profound expertise in developing innovative TCM therapies and products. He holds a total of 188 national invention patents, covering groundbreaking achievements such as the Spray Moxibustion Targeted Therapy, Jade Tea Moxibustion Therapy, and 3D Chinese Medicine Masks.

Dr. Liu founded multiple Neijing Shijia Tibetan Medicine laboratories and enterprises. Serving as the Vice President of the Chinese Hanfang Umbilical Therapy Research Institute, he developed a comprehensive series of umbilical therapy products, establishing an integrated Hanfang umbilical therapy system. Collaborating with the research team from the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, he optimized the chromium carbide air knife technology and successfully launched several innovative products. Entrusted by the China Aging Committee and the China Pet Care Center, he developed the Huò Qù Bìng Jade Health Bed and a series of traditional Chinese medicine products for pets, making significant contributions to the fields of elderly care and veterinary medicine.

From 2023 to 2025, Dr. Liu reached new heights of achievement. His "Two-Step, Three-Method, Four-In-One Glacier Cold Jade Spray-Steam Moxibustion Therapy" and other research results won numerous science and technology innovation awards. He was honored with titles such as the "Outstanding Figure in Science and Technology Innovation during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period" and "Chief Scientist in Traditional Chinese Medicine." His work has been featured in authoritative publications, including *The Yearbook of Chinese Scientists*. Additionally, he was recognized as both a "China Integrity Entrepreneur" and a "China Integrity Manager." Dr.Liu spearheaded the establishment of several industry-university-research bases and innovation workstations, deeply integrating TCM clinical practice with scientific research. His efforts have significantly advanced the modernization and industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine.
